Wooden handle 120cm long: cold handle which prevents the risk of burns; strong grip for more stability; anti-slip handle.
Long handle which makes it easy to place pizzas in large ovens safely.
Safe and comfortable use.
Thick aluminium peel: good resistance to deformation.
2 shapes of peel available:
- Round peel (ref. 7291,40): Ø 40cm.
- Rectangular peel (ref. 7293,31): 31x31cm, ideal for flamenküches.
