Orders & Shopping

How do I place an order?

You can browse and order directly through our online store at importeco.com. If you'd prefer to speak with us first — especially for larger items or bespoke kitchen projects — you're welcome to visit our showroom in Lagoa or get in touch via the contact form.

 Can I order online and collect from your showroom?

Yes. If you'd prefer to collect your order from our showroom in Lagoa rather than have it delivered, please contact us after placing your order and we'll arrange this for you.

Do you offer product demonstrations or consultations before I buy?

Absolutely. Our showroom is the best place to see our products in action — from Kamado Joe and Weber BBQs to Ooni pizza ovens and our full kitchen appliance range. You're welcome to visit us in Lagoa to see the products, ask questions, and get personalised advice from our team. No appointment needed, though booking ahead means we can give you our full attention.

Are all the products shown on your website available in Portugal?

Yes. Everything on importeco.com is available for delivery within Portugal. We are an authorised dealer for all the brands we stock, including Kamado Joe, Weber, Ooni, Braaimaster, Bora, Miele, Siemens, Keller, Häcker, Nobilia, Team7, Quooker, RB73, Combekk, Forge Adour, and others.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Portugal, including mainland Portugal . We do not currently offer delivery outside of Portugal.

 Can I order online and collect from your showroom?

Yes. If you'd prefer to collect your order from our showroom in Lagoa rather than have it delivered, please contact us after placing your order and we'll arrange this for you.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard products (small-to-mid-size): 3–5 working days
  • Large items (BBQs, outdoor kitchens, major appliances): 5–10 working days or arranged delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery on orders over €250 / flat rate of €15 for smaller orders

Can large items like outdoor kitchens and BBQs be delivered to my door?

Yes, large items are delivered by specialist courier , installation available at extra cost within the Algarve

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your returns policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you'd like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us by email at info@importeco.com or via the contact form on our website. Include your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the process.

How long does a refund take?

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your delivery on arrival and, if possible, note any visible damage before signing. Contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours — with photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

BBQs & Outdoor Cooking

Do your BBQs come assembled?

Some models arrive partially assembled / all Kamado Joe grills require assembly / Weber Spirit arrives largely pre-assembled. Please confirm per brand or as a general rule.

 Do you offer assembly or installation for BBQs?

Yes, we offer a professional assembly , available for customers in the Algarve area

Can you help me choose the right BBQ for my outdoor space?

Yes — this is exactly what we love doing. Whether you're looking for a ceramic kamado for low-and-slow cooking, a gas grill for quick weekday meals, or a wood-fired pizza oven for entertaining, our team can help you find the right fit. Visit our showroom in Lagoa or get in touch and we'll talk it through.

 I'm not sure which fuel type is right for me — gas, charcoal, or wood. Can you advise?

Each fuel type suits a different style of cooking and lifestyle. Gas grills (like Weber) are convenient and quick. Charcoal and ceramic kamados (like Kamado Joe) offer a deeper flavour and incredible versatility. Wood-fired ovens (like Ooni and Forge Adour) are perfect for pizza, bread, and high-heat cooking. Our showroom team can walk you through the differences and help you decide based on how you cook.
