HAND GRATER WITH WIDE STAINLESS STEEL BLADE AND SOFT GRIP HANDLE
A Gourmet Series ultra coarse Cheese Grater is the best cooking utensil for making hash browns and coleslaws. The extra-wide blade with large teeth make quick work of grating potatoes and shredding cabbage.
The Microplane Gourmet Series has an expansive paddled with ample grating surfaces, and US made stainless steel blades. Ultra-sharp photo etched teeth make fast work out of grating potatoes, carrots, onions, and cheeses. The Stainless steel frame provides extraordinary durability. The soft touch handle matches back to the premium classic series zesters. The non-skid foot adds stability when grating on counters and plates. The Ultra Coarse blade is 4" wide, much larger than standard paddle Cheese Graters. Which makes it the kitchen tool for recipes that need a larger amount of a grated ingredient. Shred large widths of hard and soft cheese, and use for softening butter.
Use an Ultra Coarse Cheese Grater for:
making slaws, cauliflower rice or hash browns:
Potatoes, zucchini, cabbage, apple, pumpkin, carrots, and cheese
We recommend rinsing your Cheese Grater in warm water immediately after each use. Remove trapped particles from the non-sharp side whenever possible. To remove trapped particles on the front, first, soak the tool in warm water and then use a cleaning brush to stroke in the same, direction as the teeth.
