The 14-inch board is the better choice for those regularly cooking pizzas in the 12 to 14-inch range or who find a larger peel awkward to manoeuvre during launch; the 16-inch is the better fit for anyone cooking at the full 16-inch size and wanting the extra board space for prep and serving.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BUY SEPARATELY TO START USING THIS PRODUCT?

To use this peel you will need a compatible Ooni pizza oven: the Koda 16, Karu 16, or Pro 16.
