HOW DOES THIS COMPARE TO THE OONI PERFORATED PIZZA PEEL?

The Ooni Perforated Peel is made from aluminium and features holes across the surface that allow excess flour and semolina to fall away before the pizza enters the oven, reducing burnt residue on the stone. It is the better choice for launching and retrieving pizzas with a consistently crisp base.
