Made of porcelain-enamelled cast iron, the heavy-duty Griddle provides exceptional heat retention and heat distribution to ensure evenly cooked food, whether you’re preparing an outdoor breakfast feast or a delicious griddled dinner.

The Griddle is designed to be used with the Gourmet BBQ System (GBS) cooking grates – just remove the circular grate insert, and pop in the Griddle to get a secure fit while your pancakes and bacon sizzle away.

For best results, hand washing is recommended.
