The LARGE Kamado comes without a woodchipper, so there is a woodchipper opening in the Kamado but you will need to buy the Woodchipper separately. The integrated hinge mechanism allows you to open and close the lid effortlessly, giving you easy access to your dishes. The precise air control ensures optimal temperature control, while the integrated thermometer helps you achieve the right doneness of your dishes. The Kamado comes equipped with a standard firebox and fire ring, but without ash pan and charcoal basket. Want to expand your Kamado with a charcoal basket and ash pan? The Black Edition LARGE charcoal basket and Medium ash pan are suitable for this. The charcoal basket and ash pan work best when purchased together. Using only the charcoal basket will still allow ash to fall onto the ceramic. Buying only the ash pan will change the Kamado’s layout, making the air vent for your woodchipper less effective and limiting its use. To get the best out of your Black Kamado, make sure to get both the charcoal basket and ash pan.

The Black Edition LARGE comes standard with a stainless steel grill grate. All existing YAKINIKU accessories for the LARGE model are also compatible with this Black variant.
