Engineered with powder-coated steel legs and aluminium cross-members, the stand offers exceptional weather resistance and long-lasting durability. It features two folding bamboo side shelves to give you extra prep space right where you need it, along with integrated hanging hooks for your pizza peels, tongs, and oven brushes. With four large commercial-grade swivel casters and locking brakes, you can smoothly roll your setup across patios or decks and lock it securely into position before firing up the oven.

  • Bamboo Shelves: Treat bamboo side tables periodically with food-safe mineral oil or wood conditioner to preserve finish and prevent weather degradation. Fold shelves down when storing under a cover.
  • Metal Frame: Wipe down powder-coated steel frame using warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh abrasive cleaners or steel wool pads.
  • Casters & Brakes: Keep wheels free of debris, leaves, and dirt. Lubricate caster bearings once a year with silicone spray for smooth rolling.
  • Covering: Use the official Gozney Dome Stand Cover when not in use to protect the unit and bamboo surfaces from outdoor weather exposure.

This stand is designed specifically for the Gen 2 series architecture. While mounting footprints are similar, using it with the original Dome Gen 1 may require verifying base alignment.
