  • Precision Airflow Control: Multi-position intake valve lets you dial in precise airflow to regulate flame height and combustion rate.
  • Flue Damper Regulation: Chimney damper mechanism controls heat retention and exhaust draw for maximum fuel efficiency.
  • Boost-on-Demand Airflow: Quickly delivers oxygen directly to wood embers for rapid stone-floor heat recovery between pizzas.
  • Low & Slow Temperature Management: Restricts airflow to hold steady lower temperatures for slow roasting, baking bread, and smoking meats.
  • 304 Stainless Steel Construction: Built with heavy-gauge, heat-tolerant stainless steel designed to withstand extreme outdoor cooking environments.
  • Gen 2 Series Compatibility: Custom engineered to integrate seamlessly into both Gozney Dome (Gen 2) and Dome XL (Gen 2) models.

Take complete command of your wood-fired cooking with the Gozney Dome & Dome XL Wood-Fire Control Kit. Engineered as an advanced performance upgrade for Gozney Dome (Gen 2) and Dome XL (Gen 2) outdoor ovens, this precision airflow control system allows you to manage combustion, oxygen intake, and flue ventilation with absolute accuracy.

Designed to eliminate the trial-and-error of wood firing, the Wood-Fire Control Kit features an adjustable air intake control valve and a precision flue damper mechanism. By fine-tuning oxygen flow through the oven base and regulating exhaust draw through the chimney, you can effortlessly maintain low-and-slow roasting temperatures for slow-cooked meats or generate boost-on-demand airflow to rapidly spike stone temperatures for high-heat pizza baking. Crafted from heavy-duty 304 stainless steel and heat-resistant components, this kit equips live-fire chefs with unmatched precision, fuel efficiency, and heat control.

  • Cleaning: Allow the oven and control kit to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe stainless steel surfaces clean with warm soapy water and a microfibre cloth to remove soot and carbon deposits.
  • Ash Removal: Clear ash from the air intake channels after each wood cook to prevent blocked airflow and maintain optimal oxygen delivery.
  • Moving Parts: Inspect moving damper hinges periodically to ensure smooth rotation free of excess soot or ember build-up.
